Sam Zahn

Sam Zahn serves as an Associate Program Officer of The Carob Trust, where he works to advance ideas and organizations that promote strong communities, education, and the revitalization of core American principles. Sam is interested in strengthening the institutions and values that sustain a flourishing civil society.

Before joining Carob, Sam held fellowships and worked at Birthright Excel, the World Jewish Congress, the Nachshon Project, the American Jewish Committee, Fight Hate, and Tikvah.

Sam holds an MSt from the University of Oxford, an MMS from Tsinghua University, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University, where he was awarded the Schwarzman, Truman, and Robertson Scholarships.
